Eldel-Malaud: Ekiti NULGE Congratulates Muslim Workers, Advocates Prayer For Nigeria

The Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE, Ekiti state chapter has felicitated with Muslims in Ekiti state for witnessing this year’s Eid-El-Maulud.

In a congratulatory statement in Ado-Ekiti, NULGE President, Comrade Oluseyi Olatunde and the Secretary, Comrade Suleiman Aleru particularly rejoiced with local government workers who are Muslims for been able to grace another birth of Prophet Mohammed.

Comrades Olatunde and Aleru also extended their felicitation to Muslim faithfuls in the cabinet of the present government in Ekiti state.

They urged the Islamic adherents to allow the significance of the celebration some of which include humility, love and perseverance to always reflect in their day to day activities.

The Ekiti state NULGE leaders further charged them to use the celebration to pray for an end to insecurity, economic challenges and other problems bedeviling the country in order to have a peaceful society.

Comrades Olatunde and Aleru however restated their commitments to prioritize and defend the interest of the entire local government workforce in Ekiti state.
