Rector of the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, Dr Dayo Oladebeye has rejoiced with all Muslim faithfuls in the country particularly the polytechnic staff for witnessing the end of the Ramadan period.

The Rector in his Eidul Fitri message to Nigerians observed that the Ramadan period remains a time for sober reflection and urged all not to forget the lessons of purity, patience, good deeds and kindness learnt during the month.

Dr Oladebeye prayed that the prayers and supplications
offered by the faithfuls in the course of the Ramadan month and beyond would be acceptable by the Almighty Allah.

The Rector further enjoined all, while celebrating the festival, to adhere to all the protocols of COVID-19 as laid out by the government and health officials “as it is only through such strict adherence that the pandemic can be contained and conquered”, the statement added
