Former Chairman Of Farmers In Ekiti Hands Over to Successor

The immediate past chairman of the All Farmers Association of Nigeria, Ekiti state branch, Mr Ademola Okeya has formally handed over to the newly elected chairman of the association, Mr Rufus Oni.

During the ceremony in Ado Ekiti, Mr Okeya said the programme became necessary after the new executive members had won the election conducted by the Association.

Receiving the handling over note from the Former Chairman, the newly elected chairman, pastor Oni promised to do everything that would take care of famers’ need across the sixteen local government areas of Ekiti state irrespective of their differences.

In a remark, the newly elected secretary of farmers in Ekiti state, Mr Rotimi kolawole noted that the inauguration of the new executive members would be conducted before the end of this month and urged farmers across the state to grace the occasion.
